The main documents that govern how we handle data include, the Kinetech Information Security Policy, the Kinetech Business Continuity Plan (BCP), our Standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), as well as the most recent Siemens / Mendix Universal Customer Agreement (UCA).
Kinetech takes the security of your data very seriously. Kinetech's online services protect your personal information in transit using encryption such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Socket Layers (SSL). When your data is stored by Kinetech, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures.
To prevent unauthorized access to systems, infrastructure, and client information, Kinetech leverages dual factor authentication by default.
Kinetech may capture Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for the purpose of processing applicant information at the direction of our customer(s) (i.e. the licensee of our technology solutions and intellectual property (IP)). Kinetech will only access Production data at client's direction, and will permanently dispose of any data once the specific issue was addressed. All data / information is held in strict confidentiality with failure to comply punishable by dismissal. Kinetech will not share PII data with third parties except as required by law.
It may be necessary - by law, legal process, litigation and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence - for Kinetech to disclose information.
We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or trade secrets or users. Additionally in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information to the relevant third party.
