2. Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation

Assessment and transformation of customer IT environments

Application re-hosting, re-platforming, re-engineering, and cloud migration

Support for change management and enterprise technology transformation
3. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Implementation and configuration of ERP systems for finance, HR, procurement, and asset management

Business process reengineering (BPR), configuration, ROI analysis, training, and Agile delivery
How to Order Services
DIR-eligible customers can procure services from Kinetech without additional competitive bidding. The process:

Define project scope and determine applicable DBITS category

Prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) using the DIR SOW Template
-
Negotiate the scope, deliverables, milestones, and pricing directly with Kinetech
-
Execute the SOW, referencing Contract No. DIR-CPO-5958
-
Issue a Purchase Order (PO) to Kinetech Cloud, LLC
-
Kinetech delivers services and invoices upon completion of milestones
