Your team does. Kinetech assists with configuration through go-live, then it transfers to your staff. Program rules, forms, workflows, and reporting templates are updated in your own configuration environment and tested before they go live, without a developer or a change request back to us. The agency has control over configuration and roadmap. Dependency isn't our business model. Partnership is. 

You do, fully, for as long as the engagement runs and after it ends. Kinetech claims no rights to your data, documents, or configuration, and does not use it for marketing or product development. You have real-time access to your own data through an OData connector for tools like Power BI or Tableau throughout the engagement. 

If the relationship ends, your data is exported, verified against your source, and the environment is securely decommissioned, with a Certificate of Data Destruction on request.

Every subscription is covered by a formal support SLA, with response and resolution targets that scale with the extent to which the issue disrupts your operations. Following implementation, Kinetech stays in direct contact through hypercare before support steps down to your own staff for first-line questions.
